  • Quick Summary: Bachelor degree program is based on the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge. Students learn project planning, time and conflict management, cost control, and scheduling techniques, including CPM/PERT and Gantt.

    In the Master's program, students learn how to apply project management skills to organizations using skills including risk analysis, organization and processes, along with procurement and contracting skills.
