American Sentinel University
American Sentinel University offers self-paced programs that simplify the task of trying to work while completing your education. Students are required to complete a Bachelor level degree in six years, and a Master level degree in four years. While all the programs are online, students can communicate with professors over the phone, or via email.
The college's students have come from over 120 countries, and the school has educated over 9,000 students. The college will give credit for life and work experience, and will accept transferred credits from other institutions.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
The BS in Computer Science teaches computer skills with an emphasis on programming and software development. Using the object-oriented C++ language as its foundation, the program develops the student's knowledge of software architecture, computational theory, algorithms, and data structures. Elective courses allow the student to expand his or her knowledge of database systems, web programming, or data communications.

The Information Technology degree is designed for high school graduates who want to learn the fundamental skills needed for an entry-level position in the IT field. The program includes courses in information systems design, operating systems, networking and telecommunications, and end-user support. A selection of courses in the humanities, behavioral sciences, and mathematics help the graduate develop valuable critical thinking and communications skills.
Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems
The BS in MIS program combines study in traditional business management topics, including accounting, marketing, quality management and business law with an education in information systems and computer technology. Students learn to analyze, design, and implement computer based solutions to business challenges. Throughout the program, students are encouraged to develop their analytical and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Registered nurses can earn their degree in this program that combines the convenience of online study with on the ground practica at a local healthcare facility. Both the coursework and clinical experiences emphasize community nursing and nursing leadership and management.
Master of Science in Computer Science
The Master's program in Computer Science includes study in advanced topic in computers, including compiler design, parallel programming, artificial intelligence, and algorithm design. Master of Science in Nursing
This program prepares nurses for management or leadership roles in the provision of optimal health .Students in the program have the options of studying independently, or in a cohort group. Program graduates are expected to be able to conduct research into advanced practice nursing, and used the knowledge gained to advance their practice.
